The Authority has a requirement for M&E Condition Surveys across its Estate covering locations within Devon and Somerset. The purpose of the requirement is to inform the present condition, remaining service life and likely cost of like-for like replacement at present values. of certain fixed mechanical and electrical services at the locations listed in the tender documents.
