The Authority has a requirement for M&E Condition Surveys across its Estate covering locations within Devon and Somerset. The purpose of the requirement is to inform the Authority of the present condition, remaining service life and likely cost of like-for like replacement at present values of certain fixed mechanical and electrical services at the locations listed in the tender documents.
