LOT 1 Building Cleaning and Decontamination Service to include: • Scheduled building cleaning tasks; • Reactive building cleaning tasks; • 24 hour / 365/6 days per year decontamination cleaning to buildings; • Provision of all cleaning materials, equipment (including access equipment). • Provision of consumables.
LOT 2 Laundry, Washroom & Medical Service to include: • Scheduled laundry service of items owned, and items rented – a collection, wash, dry and return service. • Collection & Disposal of Sanitary, Nappy and Incontinence waste • Provision and maintenance of Washroom Vending items • Collection / Disposal / Replacement of Sharps Waste Units • Collection / Disposal / Replacement Medical / Clinical Waste Units
LOT 3 Catering Service to include: The Contractor is required to provide a cost efficient, quality driven catering Service, at the Sulhamstead Police Training College to police officers and police staff.
LOT 4 The Contractor is required to provide a cost efficient, quality driven Service. The Service being for the Manned Security Guarding and Security Advice Service at the locations stated. The list of locations may be added to, amended or adjusted by mutual consent.
LOT 5 The Contractor is required to provide a cost efficient, quality driven FM Service, which achieves an optimum standard for the following: • PART 1 - Building Cleaning, and Decontamination Service; • PART 2 - Laundry and Washroom & Medical Service • PART 3 - Catering Services at Sulhamstead Training College; • PART 4 - Security Guarding Service • PART 5 - Grounds Maintenance Services at Sulhamstead Training College.
LOT 6 The Contractor is required to provide a cost efficient, quality driven FM Service for the whole of Thames Valley Police Force - incorporates ALL Lots for the following services: • PART 1 - Building Cleaning, and Decontamination Service; • PART 2 - Laundry and Washroom & Medical Service • PART 3 - Catering Services at Sulhamstead Training College; • PART 4 - Security Guarding Service • PART 5 - Grounds Maintenance Services (at Sulhamstead Training College only).
