- Lot 2: Asbestos Survey Contract (East Region)
- Lot 3: Asbestos Survey Contract (South Region)
- Lot 4: Asbestos Survey Contract (West Region)
- Lot 5: Asbestos Removal Contract (North Region)
- Lot 6: Asbestos Removal Contract (East Region)
- Lot 7: Asbestos Removal Contract (South Region)
- Lot 8: Asbestos Removal Contract (West Region)
The areas were defined in the ITT. Call-Off Contracts under the Frameworks may be for up to 10 years. The Frameworks will be open to any other organisations (Section VI.3 below). Hanover appointed Echelon Consultancy to assist them with the procurement of the Framework Agreement and Pretium Frameworks Limited (Pretium) to manage the Framework Agreement.

(iii) National, Regional and Local Health Authorities in the UK including NHS Trusts, and any organisation providing a service to these bodies;

(v) Service providers delivering services to any other Government Agency in the UK including the Ministry of Defence and Highways Agency.
Bidders should note that none of the organisations referred to in paragraphs (i) to (v) above shall be under any obligation to use the Framework Agreement.
Bidders should note that the estimated Lot values set out in this Notice are an estimate only, and may increase depending on the number of organisations that decide to use and call off contracts under the Framework Agreement during its term.
Hanover reserves the right to cancel the procurement and not to proceed with all or part of the Framework Agreement at any stage of the procurement process. The Trust shall not in any circumstances reimburse any expense incurred by bidders in preparing their SQ or tender submissions for the Framework Agreement.
