This is a provider selection regime (PSR) confirmation of award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Healthcare services Provider Selection Regime regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the public contracts regulations 2015 do not apply. This contract has now been formally awarded using the competitive process.
The contract will commence 01st October 2025 for a period of 3 years with a 2 year optional extension period.
There were no representations during this contracted period, and likewise no conflicts of interest declared during the procurement process.
