[DescrShort]

The Family Hubs and Start for Life programme is a joint initiative by the DfE and DHSC to transform existing family centre services in Sheffield and provide a range of support for families, such as infant feeding, home learning, mental health, health visits and parenting classes. The programme aims to create a Family Hub Network that brings together multiple organisations and people who work with families in a ‘one stop shop’ to make it easier to get the help they need. The programme also aims to improve the connection between families, professionals, services, and providers, and put relationships at the heart of family support. Family Hub Network - Community Champion Organisations will actively advocate the Family Hub and Start for Life offer and contribute to the partnership meetings, parent/carer feedback, workforce development, co-location space, key messages, volunteer opportunities, and signposting.
