SBC/002 - Research on whole building approaches to low-carbon heating transition options for hard-to-decarbonise homes

Scarborough Borough Council (SBC) is seeking to procure a suitably qualified consultancy team to undertake research on whole building approaches to low-carbon heating transition options for hard-to-decarbonise homes and prepare an action plan for SBC and Richmondshire District Council (RDC) to aid the decarbonisation of these homes. The consultants should have an understanding of thermal efficiency, construction, and permeability of traditional buildings.
