**MARKET ENGAGEMENT** Doncaster Council is conducting a market assessment to gain an understanding of the Service Management System software packages that are available for Waste Management and Street Scene purposes. This market assessment will inform our future procurement plans, as such, this exercise implies no commercial commitment. This is not a formal tender document. Participation in this market assessment will not prejudice suppliers participating in any future procurement. Our current contract ends on the 31st March 2025, Doncaster would like to aim for mobilisation for 1st April 2024. If you wish to participate in this market assessment, please complete the “Information requested”. A key part of this market assessment will be to provide potential suppliers with a 1 hour time slot to present the key benefits, functionality and capabilities of their software solution, in addition the potential costs. Responses to the questions below can be submitted via YORtender before the demonstration day – individual appointments will be allocated to organisations and are expected to commence w/c 11th September, location: Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU.
