Bradford Metropolitan District Council, were looking for a suitable provider(s) to deliver the following. The Targeted Adult Weight Management Service (the Service) will design and deliver a weight management intervention which specifically tailors itself one of two targeted groups: the South Asian population and men. The aim of the Service is to support adults (Service Users) with a BMI above twenty five to maintain a healthy weight and to provide them with the skills and knowledge needed to be healthier and achieve the goals they set. The provider(s) will be expected to evidence that they have previously delivered successful wellbeing interventions to the target populations in Bradford and provided in the Bradford district
