and post exposure prophylaxis (PEPSE) and advice on, and access to the full range of
contraceptive provision.

This ISHS model aims to improve sexual health by providing services in an
appropriate setting, where most sexual health and contraceptive needs can be met at
once, often by one health professional, in services with extended opening hours
(evenings after 6pm and weekends) and locations which are accessible by public
transport. The offer of remote and online options is essential. Outreach provision to
meet the needs of the most at risk populations (MARPs) is also required.

Where necessary in order to comply with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 this authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Following the 10 day standstill period, if no further debriefing has been requested, the Court may only award damages once the contract has been entered into
