[DescrProcurement]

Through the Combined Authority, this Bradford Cold Spot Responsiveness requests innovative provision that is effective in supporting those furthest away from the labour market and may not engage in traditional mainstream learning. In particular the offer should focus on:
• Developing and delivering creative activity at a hyper local/community level
• How maths is taught in primary schools to enable understanding of the current ways of teaching in order to support their children with homework and maths attainment.
• How maths applies to everyday life and how parents can embed maths into everyday life, tasks and games to support their children’s understanding of maths and removal of barriers.
