Homelessness Accom. & Support
The contract needs are more fully described in Section One, Part B Specification, however, key features include:
• Delivery of Two Hostel Based Services, Wharf House; a 30 Bed Unit located on Wharf Road, Doncaster and Open House Plus; a 26 Bed Unit located on College Road, Doncaster (until September 2025); see further details in specification document.
• In addition to these provisions, the service also includes a Tenancy Support Element, which supports those with their own tenancies in their own homes.
• An Outreach Provision, supporting and engaging with individuals who may be rough sleeping across the borough of Doncaster.
