The purpose of this Corrigendum Notice is to clarify the total value of the Gas and Alternative Heating Servicing and Maintenance Services / Metering and Billing Services Framework in addition to the individual lot contract values that were stated in the original Contract Notice.
The Total Framework Value is £200,000,000 (as stated in the original ITT document pack).
For the avoidance of doubt, the Framework Value is Not the contract value. Further, Hyde does not guarantee any volume, quantity, frequency, allocation of work, throughput nor spend with any framework contractor at any time during the framework duration. Contractors/Suppliers shall not make any assumptions in this regard and Hyde shall not be held responsible nor liable in any way whatsoever for contractors/suppliers losses and/or costs based on such assumptions.
The individual Lot values, as stated in the original Contract Notice and within the ITT document remain as published.
