The supplier shall produce a plan in conjunction with the CNC to transport Officers safely and effectively to and from locations that are to be specified. The plan should include: • locations for transporting Officers to and from • timetable(s) of arrival and departure point where possible • route plans • central pick-up point including back up options in the event of a cordon scenario • details of accommodation availability, locations and types, non- availability • all the above maybe amended and updated during an invocation The supplier shall provide a website to be able to be accessible to all the CNC staff with full transport and accommodation plans and timetables available for download. The supplier shall provide a 24/7 365 service desk to receive and process any call(s) and request(s) for transportation and accommodation in the event of a Disaster and or Threat.
