Lot 1 £100,001-£500,000 This lot is for general building works with a value of £100,001 GBP to £500,000 GBP. The maximum number of suppliers allocated to this lot is six. All aspects of general building works (including but not limited to mechanical and electrical works) are included under the framework. The workload may include: a wide range of building work, including work relating schools, offices, private/public building and housing: various types of work including new build work, refurbishment, and renovation work, work in occupied buildings and projects with a significant element of mechanical and electrical work; contractor design in part or whole. Lot 2 £500,001-£3,500,000 This lot is for general building works with a value of £500,001 GBP to £3,500,000 GBP. The maximum number of suppliers allocated to this lot is six.
