Currently there is not an enterprise wide solution that meets the criteria and needs of all directorates within the organisation. This project is part of a wider reorganisation development project. The changes in the services that are being provided by NHS AGEM have heightened the urgency in the need for a robust resource management system. A two year period of capacity issues due to Covid and other market related pressures and changing customer needs have led to the prioritisation of this piece of work. It is hoped this system will enable proactive activities alongside reactive. There is a requirement for a resource management system to provide: Capability and skills management & allocation Time & availability management Demand & Forecasting reporting Chargeable & Non chargeable rates including utilisation rates Oracle and ESR (Oracle Payroll system) interoperability Project management (stand alone or potential for integration)
