Greater Manchester Police (GMP) are looking for a service to provide an ‘Off the shelf’ integrated video response service that will connect a 2-way video service to the victims' smart phone. Responding to non-life-threatening incidents that have impacted members of the public normally can take 2 or 3 days to book an appointment and send officers to interview members of the public who are victims of assault.
