031 190 029 - Hellaby Depot Workshop Phase 2

The project involves removing the existing workshop floor coverings and installing new as per SIKA’s specification, decoration works and a full deep clean. External works including a new roof covering to an existing out-building. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in October 2023 and will run for a period of 3-4 weeks (TBC) making the expiry date November 2023
