    NSPIS Custody & Case Preparation is a legacy system that is used by a reducing

    number of police forces to manage the arrest and charge process.

    BCH are seeking to integrate these services under the ATHENA project, however

    whilst the integration of ATHENA is underway NSPIS will not be integrated within

    the first phase therefore an extension to our current provision is required.

BCH are seeking to integrate these services under the ATHENA project, however whilst the integration of ATHENA is underway NSPIS will not be integrated within the first phase therefore an extension to our current provision is required. As ATHENA will be replacing the need for NSPIS in the future it would not be beneficial to the force to seek an alternative at this stage.
