    The tender process for this framework agreement will be conducted via the EU Supply tendering portal using the modified Open Tender Procedure under the Light Touch Regime. The Invitation to Tender has been published with this notice and to access this document prospective tenderers are required to register on www.eu-supply.com

    All responses to the Invitation to Tender should be submitted using the aforementioned tendering portal by 10.00 a.m. on 13.04.2016.

    Hard copies or emailed responses will not be accepted. Following this date the evaluation panel will evaluate the responses to identify the tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous response.

    The PCC for Surrey reserves the right not to award a contract and is not liable for any costs incurred by any prospective tenderers.

    It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded in May 2016 to commence on 1st July 2016.
