Framework agreement will initially be for 2 years with an option to extend for another 2 years at yearly intervals.
Provision of support to vulnerable adults in Sussex custody suites in accordance
with the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984.
Provision of an Appropriate Adult Service in the county of Sussex for a 2 year period with an option to extend for another 2 years.
Contract performance bond or holding/parent company guarantee may be required.

No special legal form is required but each Contract Participant will be required to become jointly and severally responsible for the contract before acceptance.

The tender process for this framework agreement will be conducted via the EU Supply tendering portal using the open procedure. The Invitation to Tender has been published with this notice and to access this document prospective tenderers are required to register on www.eu-supply.com
All responses to the Invitation to Tender should be submitted using the aforementioned tendering portal by11:00 on 30.03.2016.
Hard copies or emailed responses will not be accepted. Following this date the evaluation panel will evaluate the responses to identify the tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous response.
The PCC for Sussex reserves the right not to award a contract and is not liable for any costs incurred by any prospective tenderers.
It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded in April 2016.
