    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    The London Borough of Camden invites expressions of interest for five contracts as follows: • Contract 1: Mechanical maintenance and servicing; est. £5.4 million p.a. • Contract 2: Maintenance of individual heating systems; est. £2.9 million p.a. • Contract 3: General electrical systems maintenance; est. £2.7 million p.a. • Contract 4: Lift Maintenance; est. £900,000 p.a. • Contract 5: Ancillary Services Maintenance; est. £1 million p.a. The services relate to infrastructure and installations associated with Camden’s housing stock. Each contract will last five years and may be extended by up to a further five in accordance with the contract conditions. The estimated value of each contract given above is at 2015 prices. Further detail of the scope of the contracts and the properties covered is in the PQQ Briefing Note in the documents section of the PQQ. Each of the contracts is a “lot“. Applicants must complete a separate pre-qualification questionnaire and upload their section H responses and all supporting documentation separately for each lot they wish to apply for.
