    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    The Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey is looking to appoint a suitably

    experienced Contractor to deliver Leadership Development Programmes that will

    develop the skills of first and second line managers to coach, motivate and grow

    the strengths of themselves, individuals and teams.

    It is anticipated that the Framework will initially be utilised only by the PCC for

    Surrey, at their discretion. The Police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex (PCC

    for Sussex) may opt into this service at their discretion during the term of the

    Framework.

    The Framework Term shall be for 2 years with the option to extend the

    Framework by 1 additional 12 month increment, making the maximum possible

    Term 3 years. The option to extend the Framework shall be at the sole discretion

    of the PCC for Surrey.

    Total quantity or scope:

    The Framework Term shall be for 2 years with the option to extend the Framework by 1 additional 12 month increment, making the maximum possible Term 3 years. The option to extend the Framework shall be at the sole discretion of the PCC for Surrey.

    It is anticipated that the Framework will initially be utilised only by the PCC for Surrey, at their discretion. The Police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex (PCC for Sussex) may opt into this service at their discretion during the term of the Framework.

    The estimated total value of the Framework Agreement is 310,000 GBP which is based on estimated annual spend over three years. There is no commitment from any potential Participating Organisations to utilise the Framework. Any named Participating Organisations can raise Official Purchase Orders to call-off during the term of this Framework Agreement at their discretion.

    Additional information:

    The Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey is tendering this Framework through the EU Supply Tendering portal via an Open Tender Procedure. The Invitation to Tender has been published alongside this Advert. Prospective tenderers are required to register their interest by going to www.eu-supply.com and visiting the supplier area. Tenderers should then respond to the Invitation to Tender (using the above portal) by no later than 22nd February 2016 at 12noon. Hard copy or emailed applications will not be accepted. Following this date the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey will evaluate the responses to identify the Tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous bid.

    The PCC for Surrey reserves the right not to award a Framework and is not liable for any costs incurred by any prospective tenderers.

    It is anticipated that the Framework will be awarded in April 2016
