    The service provided by the Suppliers will be to undertake the provision of Supported Accommodation as described in the relevant Service Specification (Schedule 1 – Lot 1 Service Specification and Schedule 2 – Lot 2 Service Specification).

    Suppliers are invited to submit tenders for one or more of the following Lots. There will be no restriction upon the number of Lots a single supplier can win.

    The contract term will be for three (3) years with an option for extending it for an additional two (2) years.

    • Lot 1 requires the provision of mental health, medium level supported accommodation and has a maximum budget of £300k per annum. This Lot requires a minimum of 50 units of self contained accommodation located within Brighton and Hove broad market rental area. This includes the provision of 5 units for a Women’s Only support service and between 4-7 units of accommodation dedicated to a dual diagnosis support service.
