    The Police and Crime Commissioner on behalf of co-commissioning partners in

    Staffordshire (Staffordshire County Council, Stoke on Trent City Council and

    Staffordshire and West Midlands Community Rehabilitation Company) currently

    commissions a county-wide housing-related support service for adult ex-offenders

    who are experiencing homelessness/housing need and are in need of support in

    maintaining their accommodation in the community.

    The support provided aims to help service users to work towards independence

    and to successfully maintain their accommodation with a view to supporting

    individuals to establish stable lifestyles in the community away from crime and to

    avoid the risk of further offending.

    The Police and Crime Commissioner wishes, on behalf of partners, to tender for

    the award of a replacement contract to cover the re-provision of the service from 1

    April 2016.
