    The tender process for this contract will be conducted via the EU Supply tendering portal using the open procedure. The Invitation to Tender has been published with this notice and to access this document prospective tenderers are required to register on www.eu-supply.com. All responses to the Invitation to Tender should be submitted using the aforementioned tendering portal by 12:00 midday on 30th November.2015.

    Hard copies or emailed responses will not be accepted. Following this date the evaluation panel will evaluate the responses to identify the tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous response.

    The PCC for Surrey reserves the right not to award a contract and is not liable for any costs incurred by anyprospective tenderers.

    It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded in January 2016.
