    The provision of Victim Referral Services for the Cleveland and Durham Policing areas. To receive referrals from a wide range of agencies and individuals; conduct thorough needs assessments for the victims, promote and deliver high quality support services tailored to individual needs, achieve improvemenrs in every victims ability to cope and recover from the impact of crime and assist victimes, where appropriate ti access a range of further relevant local support. Further information regarding volumes are included within the tender documentation. The contracts terms is planned to be up to a maximum of four years. Values given are for the whole contract value and not annual values
