    The contracting authority is looking for the appointment of a single supplier per Lot. However suppliers may tender for one or both Lots and the contracting authority will look to undertake an evaluation and an award of contract based on the ‘most economically advantageous tender‘ received in respect of each Lot. For each Lot being tendered for / supplied, the successful supplier will however be required to deliver the service to that particular force (Lot) from a single not multiple number of depots.

    Derbyshire Constabulary have a requirement for Laundry Services for 4 custody suite locations and one Force HQ laundry requirements

    Items currently originating at custody facilities may include but not be limited to; custody cell blankets (special risk / anti-rip), bath and hand towels, high risk suits, jogging bottoms, sweatshirts and t-shirts. Ad-hoc laundry requests originating from other locations may include but not be limited to; tablecloths, tea towels various items of machine washable police uniform, clothing, workshop overalls and uniform that may require dry cleaning.
