University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust have specified a 12 month termination option due to potential changes across the wider Health Economy and the potential need to align Patient Transport Service contracts across the Health Economy

It is the understanding of University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust that TUPE will apply and in the interests of transparency a TUPE list has been provided for information.
