    The Tenderer is to provide a high quality and cost-effective wash and return

    laundry service for items originating from Locations within Staffordshire.

    ‘Locations’ will include, but not be limited to; custody facilities, forensic

    departments, uniform stores and any other premises owned and/or utilized by the

    Authority within Staffordshire.

    Items currently originating at custody facilities may include but not be limited to;

    custody cell blankets (special risk / anti-rip), bath and hand towels, high risk suits,

    jogging bottoms, sweatshirts and t-shirts. Ad-hoc laundry requests originating

    from other locations may include but not be limited to; forensic lab coats,

    tablecloths, various items of machine washable police uniform and workshop

    overalls.
