    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    This is a North West Ambulance Service tender is for the Provision of Print and

    Related Services. It is a framework tender, split into two lots as follows:- Lot 1 is

    for Ad-Hoc design and print. Primarily for the design from written or verbal brief to

    supply items such as booklets, flyers, folders, banners; along with the creation of

    brand straplines, event and exhibitions work. There will also be the requirement

    to design and supply merchandise items such as key rings, bugs, tote bags, ice

    scrappers; clothing; stationary items including pens, pencils, sticky notes; also

    banners / flags, tablecloths and stress toys Lot 2 is for Stock Printed Forms. This

    will be for items to be designed, printed and then held in stock to allow the

    provision of call off and will include items such as NCR sets and booklets;

    posters, folders/binders, certificates along with corporate business stationery on

    request. The framework will be awarded for two years with the option to extend for

    a further year and a further year after that. This framework will be open for any

    Ambulance Service within the UK to utilise. it is envisaged that there will be three

    suppliers for Lot 1 Ad-Hoc Print, Design and Merchandise and two suppliers for

    Lot 2 stock printed forms.
