    The Commissioner has an ongoing requirement for the provision of a

    decontamination service for its buildings, vehicles and crime scenes. Such level

    of decontamination varies from the removal of substances such as bodily fluid in

    custody cells and police vehicles to a higher level of forensic cleaning of victim

    suites and examination rooms to ensure evidential samples can be taken without

    risk of DNA cross-contamination.
