    Lodging of appeals

    Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals:

    The Authority will comply with the requirements relating to standstill periods and applications to court in accordance with the provisions of the Public Regulations 2006 (as amended).

    Lambeth has incorporated a minimum of 10 calendar day Standstill Period following electronic notification of unsuccessful applicants of the award decision.

    Any economic operator that suffers, or risks suffering, loss or damage attributable to a breach of duty under the Public Contracts Regulartions 2006 must lodge any appeal in accordance with Regulations 47D and 47P of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 as amended by the Public Contracts (Amendment) Regulations 2009.
