North Yorkshire Council is looking to establish a contract with a provider to deliver flu vaccinations to eligible Council employees.
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.
This Contract is being offered under the Competitive Process in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.

Other additional information

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the competitive process.
The contract was awarded on 21 September 2026 and is due to expire on 9 September 2027.
The contract includes two optional extension periods of twelve months each:
10 September 2027 to 9 September 2028
10 September 2028 to 9 September 2029
As this is a demand-led service, the maximum contract value is £45,000 over the full potential term of the contract, inclusive of both extension periods should they be exercised. The Council is under no obligation to spend this amount, and payments will be made only for services commissioned and delivered under the contract.
