    York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking to appoint upto 2 Building, Mechanical and Electrical contractors to deliver small works projects - one contractor for the York region (lot 1) and one contractor for the Scarborough region (lot 2).

    The contract will be for 3 years plus one optional extension period of a further 1 year period - the contract will not exceed 4 years in total.
