NWUPC is establishing a multi-provider Framework Agreement on behalf of members of NWUPC, CPC, APUC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, and SUPC for Residential Textiles and Linen Services Ref: JAN3188 NW.

The Framework Agreement will be split into (3) lots as follows:

Lot 1 Residential Textiles and Student and Conferencing Packs
Lot 2 Window Coverings 
Lot 3 Fully Managed Linen Hire and Laundry Service

The framework will operate on a National basis covering the entirety of the United Kingdom but there is no mandatory geographical coverage requirement for any lot under this framework and bidders can indicate within section 11 of the Mandatory Questionnaire which regions you are able to supply/service. 
This Framework Agreement will commence on 1st March 2026 for an initial period of thirty-six (36) months until 28th February 2029 with the option to extend the Agreement for (12) months until 28th February 2030  subject to satisfactory Economic Operator performance.
