The intention of the contract is to provide 7 EMI Nursing block Somewhere To Assess Pathway Beds working in partnership with the Sheffield ICB (Integrated Care Board), and to reopen a Framework to cover any spot purchases above the block beds. The awarding of this contract will be subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
