The City of Doncaster Council ( “the council”) invites tenders to deliver an effective, efficient, safe and secure digital autopsy service (“the Service”) to the Senior Coroner for South Yorkshire (East District) (“the coroner”) to cover the areas of Doncaster and Rotherham.
It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1st May 2025 and run for a period of 3 years until 30th April 2028. There is also an option to extend the contract by a further 12 months at the sole discretion of the council.

If an a appeal regarding the award of a contract has not been successfully resolved the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI20105/102) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales, Northern Ireland).
