The Council plans to seek tenders from experienced organisations that are interested in providing Post CSE Support Services in Rotherham.

Post CSE Support Services are services intended to help victims and survivors of CSE overcome the impact of their trauma experienced. Other intended outcomes from the services are:

• Build resilience and develop coping strategies for everyday
life
• Improve their self-esteem and self-confidence
• Improve their mental health and wellbeing
• Be supported in fulfilling their maximum potential
• Reduce the risk of harm.

The contract is expected to commence on the 1st January 2026 and will run for the duration of 3 years with a fix and firm value.

The contract is divided into 3 lots as follows:

Lot 1: Practical, emotional support and advocacy - for young people and adults who have experienced Child Sexual Exploitation. Budget £36,300 per annum
Lot 2: Evidence based therapeutic interventions - for young people and adults who have experienced Child Sexual Exploitation. Budget £49,500 per annum.
Lot 3: Practical, emotional support and advocacy and evidence based therapeutic interventions - for young people and adults who have experienced Child Sexual Exploitation, which includes support to immediate family members; and evidence based therapeutic interventions for young people and adults who have experienced Child Sexual Exploitation. Budget £85,800
