The assets included within this specification encompass a range of: Hot and cold-water systems  Unvented systems   Cold water storage tanks   TMV units   Point of use heaters   The works will include:  Planned preventative maintenance in accordance with SFG 20 standards and HSG24 part 2.  Repairs,   Call-outs,  Fault diagnosis   Minor New Works. Sampling.
