This includes (but not limited to): installation of the equipment; agreeing and identifying tie-points for process service and electrical distribution interfaces; agreeing and identifying other process interfaces. The Contractor must undertake Factory Acceptance Testing. The commissioning of the fully integrated subsystems shall be carried out by the UKAEA Operations team with support from the Systems Integrator and The Contractor. During inactive commissioning all operations will be tested, and the plant performance assessed under a wide range of expected operating conditions. The Contractor shall provide, People Rates for assisting with commissioning.

The authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers.
This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the authority before a contract is entered into applicants have 2 working days from the notification of the award decision to request. Additional debriefing and that information have to be provided within a minimum of 3 working days before the expiry of the standstill period.
