Description:

The University of West London (UWL) is required to provide mandatory moving and handling training for its students on healthcare courses. The students are provided with clinical experience in our partner Trusts and private and voluntary sector health care environments. The university provides assurances to the placement areas that moving and handling training is provided prior to a student’s first clinical experience, and updates to the training are delivered in the student’s final year. 

UWL is seeking a supplier to deliver the moving and handling training, which must be tailored for UWL’s healthcare courses, meet the requirements and standards of various guidance and professional bodies, be fit for purpose and be provided by trainers with relevant HE sector experience and capacity.
