II.2.4)
Description of the procurement
In June 2023, the Health and Wellbeing Board sponsored a conference focused on working differently with and in communities to build good health and wellbeing, titled “Collaborating for Health”. The event focused on how citizens, Voluntary and Community and Faith (VCF) Sector organisations, and Statutory Services can work together differently within existing resources to achieve better outcomes and heard from speakers both from inside and outside Sheffield on how things could be done differently. Independent facilitation of the Collaborating for Health Working Group will support members to work together to develop and socialise a proposal to challenge old ways of working and champion a new Sheffield approach to creating health and wellbeing, which depends on Sheffielders, Voluntary, Community and Faith (VCF) sector organisations, and public services drawing on their strengths and working together.
