Echelon Consultancy are seeking views through a series of soft market testing exercises in relation to a forthcoming procurement to deliver three Frameworks that can be utilised separately, but together will cover the full range of Asset Management services delivered by LA, HA's and RP's. The three frameworks will be - Repairs and Empty Homes (Maintain), Capital Delivery & Planned Works (Improve) and Compliance Services (Protect).
Echelon would like to gain views and feedback on various elements of the Framework(s), including scope, geographical lots, value bands, commercial models and pricing mechanisms.
The first session will be held virtually via MS TEAMS on Thursday 29 August 2024, between 12:00pm and 2:00pm.
The session will provide an introduction to the objectives and aspirations of all three frameworks and will set out the overarching timetables and procurement models for each framework.
This session will be interactive and will also introduce potential suppliers to the various stakeholders supporting the collaborative procurement of the frameworks.
The link to the first session can be accessed by using the MS Teams meeting ID 362 107 864 278 and meeting passcode noXBgr or by emailing info@echelonconsultancy.co.uk
There is no restriction on the number of people from organisation who can attend this session.
We would also ask you to ‘Save the Date’ for a more detailed event relating specifically to the Repairs and Empty Homes (Maintain) framework on Wednesday 11 September between 10:00am and 1:00pm. This will also be a virtual session and the link will provided separately.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a formal tender opportunity. The Contract Notice for the framework(s) will be issued at a later date once the data and responses from this PIN notice and the market engagement sessions have been reviewed.
Any subsequent procurement will be separate. Neither participation (or otherwise) in this exercise nor any information supplied will advantage or disadvantage any person in such procurement.
