The allocation process and opportunity to bid for 18 months grant funding from 1st October 2024 is now open for all providers that currently deliver, or have an interest in delivering, targeted short breaks to disabled children and young people living in Leeds.  Grants will be awarded to organisations based on the effectiveness and sustainability of their provision whilst developing a personalised approach to meet the needs of children, families and the City - all applications will be considered in line with our priorities stated below.
