Description of the procurement

Provision of short term reablement beds to support the discharge to assess pathways - Spot bed provision only.
This contract has been awarded in line with the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) 2023 regulations under process B. All contracts awarded under the process co-terminate on the 30th September 2025.
This is a new service requirement and has been awarded to 6 providers of which are new contracts.

Additional information

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care services (Provider selection regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally modified, the contracts have been reviewed and put in place by clinical and operational colleagues within the Trust. The trust can confirm that no conflicts of interest have been identified or declared during this process.
