Procurement of an external provision to deliver interventions to support those furthest from the labour market to relieve barriers to entering employment, education, and training. There are a number of projects that have benefited from European Social Funding or other funding which have either recently or are shortly, coming to an end. We are keen to enable vital support activity to continue in Cherwell. Delivery of a programme of activity to move residents in the following groups towards work readiness, training, and employment: • young people from hard-to-reach communities and identified wards of deprivation • over 50s • those furthest from the workforce (Aged 16-64, not in work who have not sought work in the last four weeks) • ethnic minority communities Key activities: • liaise with stakeholders to develop a pipeline of referrals • engage potential participants for an initial meeting • provide a programme of keyworker support to those individuals • creating onward referrals where appropriate • Report key metrics "
