Opportunity Sheffield is seeking providers who will supply a 10-day training course focused on enhancing employability and preparing participants to secure work in the Adult Social Care Sector. The training programme must be suitable for unemployed and economically inactive residents of Sheffield. Each course will accommodate approximately 15 participants (with a minimum of 10 participants) delivery to be at training premises within the Sheffield boundary. The 10-day programme will be followed by a work experience placement within the sector (to be arranged in liaison with Sheffield Council Project staff) subject to each participant gaining an enhanced DBS clearance.
