Description:

Royal Holloway University require a solution in the form of an App and or Web Portal for students to find accommodation. The solution should bring together all available accommodation in designated areas (Egham and other surrounding areas), this should include accommodation in PBSAs, HMOs, flat shares, and self-contained units. The solution should give students confidence that the accommodation is off good quality, meets required legal standards and is available for the periods requested. 

The contract will be for an initial one year with the option to extend for a further four years in two year increments.
