Short description

This exercise is to establish a framework agreement and contract under the framework agreement of the supply and delivery of alcoholic and soft drinks and associated services for a period of up to three years. Alongside the award of this framework, a call off contract under the framework agreement will be awarded for the period of 01 July 2024 to 30 June 2027 for supply the East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
The primary user of the contract will be Bridlington Spa, South Marine Drive, Bridlington, YO15 3JH, with the provision for use by for leisure sites, event venues and civic functions across the East Riding of Yorkshire as required.
This Framework Agreement may be utilised by other local authorities within the Yorkshire and Humber region. Any such requirements will be requested as and when the needs arise.

This period allows unsuccessful bidders to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into.
